Alexis Hocevar

A graduate fo the University of New Orleans Business College, Hocevar spent almost the entirety of his career at one Company. He began as a Management Trainee at Enterprise Rent A Car during the early stages of what is now the largest Car Rental company in the world.  He moved up through the ranks and became the Vice President and General Manager of the Southern Louisiana Group, ultimately growing the business significantly to include the addition of the Car Sales and Commercial Truck divisions. Revenues topped 200MM from over 80 locations, 2 Car Sales locations and 4 Commercial Truck locations, with over 1000 full and part time employees upon his retirement in 2016 after 31 years with the company.  During his tenure and VP/GM he was awarded two President’s awards for the Group and several department Exceptional Achievement Awards.

Hocevar’s community involvement includes Board membership in both the Urban League and United Way of Southeast Louisiana.  He was named Chairman of the Board of the United Way and was the recipient of the Alexis de Tocqueville award in 2015.  He also served on the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission as Commissioner representing the Car Rental and Leasing industry for over a decade.  Today he serves as President of the Board of the Maritime Museum Louisiana and has successfully led the organization through the challenges of Covid.

After retirement, Hocevar founded Envision Advisors, a Real Estate and small business consulting group with two partners. Clients included Royal Lepage, one of Canadas largest Brokerages as well as Berkshire Hathaway and many small businesses in the area.

As founding partner of Accurate Title Services in Madisonville La, Hocevar lends his experience to help structure the business to deliver excellent service, as well as lead the Marketing efforts to ensure growth and success.  While the Real Estate Market is in flux today, Accurate is positioned well for growth as the market rebounds in the near future.
